Cari oversees the day to day activities at Innersource. She does everything from project management, site visits and working with vendors to ordering product and scheduling installations.

She coordinates clients’ projects from start to finish.

Cari graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Interior Design. She has spent more than 20 years in the business working with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Her deep understanding of construction and facilities has proven to be a great asset for clients as she often works with facilities departments, architects, zoning and permitting departments for new projects and renovations.

The day to day interaction with Innersource clients, many of whom she has been working with since her first day, is Cari’s favorite part of her job.

“There is a comfortable relationship between us, that they know I will be able to assist them in getting exactly what they need” she says.

When Cari isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with family, which is a big priority in her life. Cari likes to travel and experience new places, whether it’s an hour drive or across the country or world.

MICHAEL DEMARCO

Michael works in graphic design and production, building your sign from the beginning stages of digital layout to the end, where he physically puts it together.

He’s a YSU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Printmaking. Specializing in design and production, Michael enjoys the split between the two, which make every day different.

As he works with an array of unique materials, Michael uses a creative approach to solve challenges sometimes associated with each new order.

For Michael, seeing the progress he’s completed in day-to-day life allows him to take pride in his work.

Outside of work, Michael is a husband, father and artist.

John provides daily project management at Innersource. He also serves as the primary contact for new customers.

As the co-owner of Innersource, John relies on his great team. John is also the owner of another local business, Rafoth Electric LLC, which offers commercial, industrial and residential electrical contracting services.

John’s excellent customer service skills are a huge asset to the Innersource team. His electrical background pairs well with his duties at Innersource, as he has a widespread understanding of project management.

Something John loves most about his job is working with his talented and creative staff. His business is family owned, and they seek to treat their customers like family.

John enjoys serving the signage needs of Innersource customers from their initial conversation through the completion of the project.

“I really enjoy supporting local businesses and helping their visions come to life,” he says.

When John isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Monica, of 30+ years, his three daughters and friends. John is also an avid golfer.
